New firmware with the build number 28.0.A.8.272 has been certified for Xperia Z3 plus over PTCRB. This looks like a minor firmware update as the build number goes from 266 to 271. So Sony said that Xperia Z3 plus will goes directly from Android 5.0 to Android 6.0 marshmallow. But this is definitely not the marshmallow build. If this update rolls, we can assume that the marshmallow will be late. We will let you know when the update rolls. So stay tuned with XperiBlog.
