Recently there were some rumors about a new Xperia device name as Xperia C6 Ultra with a front facing flash. So we can assume Sony Mobile is planning to launch a new device. With the pictures which were appeared last month this device rumored to have a 6inch 1080p display. Also, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 chipset, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with a 21MP rear camera and 16MP front-facing camera.
As it has a front-facing flash and a big camera we assumed that it was a device in Xperia C series. It was named as Xperia C6 Ultra, But now Digi-Wo is suggesting the handset could come to the market as the Xperia X Ultra instead. As this device looks precisely as the Xperia XA, Xperia X Ultra may be the real name behind the device.
